Sell on demand, or from your own inventory
On demand, the shop prints what someone orders and keeps the price.
Write to us to set a margin on top of it. From your own copies, you order
a batch first, which brings one down to a couple of dollars, and sell
them at your price. You ship. The bookshop counts the stock down and
says so when it runs out, or goes back to on demand if you let it.
