Print turns that layout into a print PDF, with the pages falling
onto sheets in printer order. That reordering is the imposition.
Print it double-sided and you have the dummy. Read
it, and if the order is wrong, drag the pages on the
desk and print again.

Pick a binding
The binding sets the imposition, the
trim and the binding gap, so it is the first thing to pick. Abney works
the sheet out from the page size and the binding.

Saddle
Four pages to a sheet, duplex, so A5 pages land on A4. Fold the
pile in half and staple twice on the crease.
Stack
One page per side, loose sheets in reading order. The binding gap
widens the spine-side margin, so glue or rings never eat into a
photo.
Perfect
The same sheets as Stack, one page per side, then glued along the
spine into a wrap cover. Pick it and Abney sets an 8 mm binding gap,
because the glue and the inner curl of the pages eat the inside
margin.
Fold-8 zine
Eight pages from one single-sided sheet. Fold three times, cut the
slit along the middle crease, refold. The top row prints upside down so
the zine comes out right.

Saddle puts the last page and the first on the same face of the first
sheet. Cut marks sit 3 mm off each corner, clear of the picture,
and fold ticks sit on the spine line.

and shows you any problems before you order.
You pick a stapled or a glued binding, the paper and its weight, the
cover and its laminate, and the copies. Every option shows a live price
from the shop, tax included, and Abney adds no markup. Shipping is added
at checkout.
Abney builds the files the shop prints from, the pages with bleed
for trimming and the cover as one spread, and shows you each one before
they upload. The shop prints on demand. Ordering needs an
